Professional cameras, DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, camcorders, and any other photography equipment are strictly prohibited.

📱 Cell phones may be used for personal, non-commercial photos only.

⚠️ Any guest found using a camera will be asked to leave the venue immediately. This policy is strictly enforced.

Media accreditation may be considered for approved media representatives who apply at least **two (2) weeks prior to the event**. Approval is not guaranteed.

Please let your friends and family enjoy the show while our official photography team captures professional images for the athletes.

Unauthorized photography is disruptive, disrespectful to the athletes and organizers, and violates the event's media policy.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are allowed. However, if a show is canceled, your registration will be moved to any show of your choice within two years.

What are the accepted payment methods?
Cash, credit, email money transfer to KT@sombilon.com, or debit are accepted. 

What can I do if I want photos but can't afford to buy them right now?
We provide a payment plan that involves paying a 50% deposit upfront and settling the remaining balance upon photo delivery. This option is only available to committed customers and we will honour the discounted pre-show prices.

Can I buy stage photos after the show?
Yes, you can buy them at the post-show price of $225. 
It is recommended that you do not wait for the post-show price as you will get less photos than if you pre brought.

Can I preview the photos before I buy them?
Yes, we will send you a private photo gallery that will be watermarked and locked from downloading. You can buy online at the higher post-show price of $225 anytime.

Can my friends or I bring a camera to the Show?

How do I get my photos?
All high resolution digital images are delivered via text/email on Dropbox. You do not need the app to access the photos. You receive all your digital images in a private, downloadable gallery.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Please allow 2-5 weeks for our team to process, edit, organize and upload over 100,000 photos from the Show. 

Can I print my photos myself?
Yes, you can upload your digital files to your local printer. 
 
Why do I have stickers on my competitor badge?
The stickers on your badge indicate that you have purchased photo packages. Athletes with stickers will receive more photos than those without. If you plan on buying photo packages at the last minute, make sure to get stickers!

1 RED sticker shows you purchased the Stage + Studio Bundle. Add one extra red sticker for each additional class 

1 GREEN sticker shows you purchased the InstaPro Photo Package. Add one extra red sticker for each additional class 

Are photos retouched?
General cropping, exposure, and color correction are done on all photos. Professional retouches are $50 each.

STAGE + STUDIO BUNDLE - FAQ

I didn't buy a photo package. Do I still have to take backstage studio photos?
YES! All athletes are mandated to take studio photos, even if they haven't purchased them. These photos will be used for marketing, and athletes may be featured on next year's poster. 
 
Where do I take my backstage photos?
The studio will be set up backstage or in the main foyer during the competition. Before or after going on stage, please take your mandatory photos. If you see it  is not busy, feel free to jump in and get your photos done!
 
Do I need to book a time for the backstage photos?
No, come by when you feel the most pumped.  

How long does it take?
2-5 minutes. 
 
Can I take more than ten photos backstage?
Yes, as long as it is not busy. 

Can I take backstage photos with my friends and family?
YES, Group shots with your family, trainers and fellow athletes are welcomed. Please let the photographer and backstage manager know ahead of time.  
 
What poses should I do? I've never done this before!
You can do your standard five favourite competition and or your favourite artistic poses. Our photographer will guide/coach you through the process on the day; his/her job is to ensure you look great! Please ask to see the photos after to ensure you are happy with the lighting style!

INSTA PRO - FAQ

Where do I go for my 45 minute shoot?
Shoot can either be on competition day at the show venue or the day after the show at Turning Point Studios (19512 56th St E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391).

What time do I arrive?
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle yourself in.
 
How many wardrobe changes are included?
3-4 different looks. Example competition outfit, fitness gear, semi-casual ( jeans and tank top)
Feel free to bring your equipment as props ( skipping rope, dumbells, etc...)
 
How do I schedule my shoot? 
Once you book, we will reach out to you to book your time.

Oh no, my shoot time overlaps when I go on stage!!
Not too worry, this happens especially with the larger shows. We can split your shoot into mini sessions throughout the day or move your shoot. We will always make sure you get your 45 minute session.
 SCHEDULE MY INSTAPRO SHOOT

Athletes who have purchased the "$500 InstaPro Package" are required to schedule a shoot date and time.  

If you have purchased the "$150 Stage + Studio" Bundle,  you do not need to schedule a shoot time; shoot anytime before or after you go on stage during the competition day.
