What is the refund policy?No refunds are allowed. However, if a show is canceled, your registration will be moved to any show of your choice within two years.

What can I do if I want photos but can't afford to buy them right now?
We provide a payment plan that involves paying a 50% deposit upfront and settling the remaining balance upon photo delivery. This option is only available to committed customers and we will honour the discounted pre-show prices.
Can I buy stage photos after the show?
Yes, you can buy them at the post-show price of $225.
It is recommended that you do not wait for the post-show price as you will get less photos than if you pre brought.
Can I preview the photos before I buy them?
Yes, we will send you a private photo gallery that will be watermarked and locked from downloading. You can buy online at the higher post-show price of $225 anytime.
Can my friends or I bring a camera to the Show?

Professional cameras, DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, camcorders, and any other photography equipment are strictly prohibited.
📱 Cell phones may be used for personal, non-commercial photos only.
⚠️ Any guest found using a camera will be asked to leave the venue immediately. This policy is strictly enforced.
Media accreditation may be considered for approved media representatives who apply at least **two (2) weeks prior to the event**. Approval is not guaranteed.
Please let your friends and family enjoy the show while our official photography team captures professional images for the athletes.
Unauthorized photography is disruptive, disrespectful to the athletes and organizers, and violates the event's media policy.

How do I get my photos?
All high resolution digital images are delivered via text/email on Dropbox. You do not need the app to access the photos. You receive all your digital images in a private, downloadable gallery.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Please allow 2-5 weeks for our team to process, edit, organize and upload over 100,000 photos from the Show.
Can I print my photos myself?
Yes, you can upload your digital files to your local printer.
Why do I have stickers on my competitor badge?
The stickers on your badge indicate that you have purchased photo packages. Athletes with stickers will receive more photos than those without. If you plan on buying photo packages at the last minute, make sure to get stickers!

Are photos retouched?
General cropping, exposure, and color correction are done on all photos. Professional retouches are $50 each.
